Versatile Windows CE based controller for continuously measuring surface finish
Lasercheck® POM Systems are the newest and world's only systems designed with the capability to perform fully automated surface finish measurements in a manufacturing process.
The robust controllers are based on the Windows CE operating system providing extreme simplicity of setup and operation. Quick key buttons can be programmed to instantly call a measurement setup for commonly measured parts.
User specifications can be loaded into part files providing color coded graphic pass/fail indication as well as output triggers from the electronics which can be used to reject out of specification parts from the manufacturing line or trigger an alarm to alert users to a process drifting out of control.
Operation can be manual via soft touch keypad. Input triggers can be wired into the I/O port allowing automatic trigger using the manufacturing process itself or optional Lasercheck Input triggers with mounts.
